Another Funeral

Hard to believe it, but we found ourselves at another funeral today as my Grandmother passed away. She was 89 and lived a long good life, so that's a good thing. I used the occasion to sit down and finally open all the mail and letters i received when my Mom passed. It was like taking a bath in the love and emotion that was out there for her. Thanks to all who sent cards and made donations and wrote of their own experiences. As i said before, it's the best part of this connected world. We are never alone.

And of all the advice, i think my favorite was this: your mother/father/loved one never truly leaves you. Ever.

Brad,

Again, I am so sorry for your loss, and so happy for the many wonderful memories that I know you must have.
